Google Inc.'s free e-mail service removed its invitation-only restrictions on Wednesday, February 14, and is now available to everyone.

Invitations are longer required to and everyone is welcome to signup for a Gmail account - starting today. Gmail is open to all Internet users worldwide for the first time ever.
